Shiatsu therapy

This is a beautiful ancient Japanese form of bodywork, aimed to nourish the body inside and out.

Shiatsu is like a beautiful deep meditation for the body, bringing deep presence and inner stillness, to draw on the wellspring of inner healing energy you have within you. Using very gentle pressure, stretching, and acupoint therapy, Shiatsu works on the meridian system to balance the flow of energy deep within your body. This balances the mind and relaxes the body and nourishes the soul.

A Shiatsu therapy session leaves you feeling like all the parts of you have been put back together, leaving you feeling relaxed and whole again.

Intuitive Art Therapy

Sometimes words are not enough. There are places inside of us that need to find a way of expression and a way to resolve, but there are not the words to do so.

Intuitive art works with the language of your soul, and taps into deep subconscious energies and emotions, without the need for words. This is a deep inner reflective space, using creative expression through meditation or guided process.

This can be effective for working with different parts of ourselves, allowing them to come back together. It can also be an effective way of entering into deep inner worlds when the words are too difficult or they don’t come easily.

Through creative expressive therapy we can find a sense of inner balance and harmony, and a deeper sense of presence.

Reflecting on the art that has been created in a guided way can also be a beautiful way to bridge the inner and outer worlds, and get more clarity or awareness on what is going on inside.

Energy psychology and energy balancing

Energy psychology can help to bring awareness of how our energy anatomy flows and how these imbalances affect us on mental, emotional, and physical levels.

Using a range of techniques, such as reiki, insight therapy, tarot therapy and chakra balancing, we can bring deeper resolve to the areas that have become stuck or blocked or in disharmony.

After an energy balance session, you will feel a sense of revitalised energy, more relaxed, calm and present, and empowered with a greater sense of inner awareness

Tarot

I have been working with the tarot since I was 13 years old.

We are multidimensional beings and exist on different levels of consciousness. Tarot can be used as a depth tool to access different levels of the mind, which can bring about a greater self-awareness, a shift in perspective, and healing.

Using the tarot for depth enquiry, you can emerge from a reading with a newfound sense of clarity and focus, and a profound sense of healing and peace.

In psychotherapy, the imagery and archetypes found in the tarot can be a powerful tool to bypass the conscious mind and access the subconscious and energetic bodies.
