I have many years experience in facilitating workshops and classes and womens circles.
These are a beautiful way to come together, to learn and to share.

Group work is very different than individual work as the group works together as a collective and can itself be a powerful facilitator of transformation and growth.

Sharing time in a group of people with the same intention for personal growth and healing and sharing can be a beautiful enriching experience.

All groups are completely confidential and professionally facilitated to be a safe place for growth and sharing.

Intuitive Art workshops

These classes are open to those with or without previous art experience, and are based on evidence-based expressive art therapies and practices. This practice is creative expression through meditation – allowing the art to guide you, and the deeper mind to express without the need for words.

Intuitive art sessions open creative blocks, clear stress and anxiety, allow for a deeper connection to self, and connection to the intuitive. They are healing, creative and playful.

Meditation Group

Meditation is an ancient and proven technique to reduce stress and tension, and increase health and wellbeing.

These classes are presented in a relaxed and welcoming format, and include guided meditations, discussion of different techniques, and various exercises and techniques to help deepen your meditation practice.

Increase self-awareness, quiet the mind, deepen the mind-body connection, build self-confidence, and manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm.

I gained alot from the meditation group Fiona facilitated.

The small group setting was comfortable and welcoming.

Fiona is able to explain and expand on various methods and theories of meditation, sharing in an easy-to-understand fashion.
